Return Policy

Hoffner's return policy requires you contact us directly. Before you attempt to return Product, obtain a Return Material Authorization Number to reference on your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. AN ADDITIONAL 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Hoffner, Hoffner is not responsible whatsoever for product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At Hoffner’s discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing. Software can not be returned for any reason. There are no returns after 30-days of receipt of product under any circumstances.



ATA Clothing Policy

We make custom garments specifically for you.  Therefore there are no returns or refunds on clothing.  We are happy to make possible alterations for an alteration fee.

Lifetime warranty on zippers and stitching only.  Shipping to be paid for by the customer.



Knife Warranty

Hoffner Knives purchased from authorized dealers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Hoffner Knives will without charge, repair or replace at our option, any knife returned for warranty work and found to be defective.

This warranty only applies to genuine Hoffner Knives products from authorized dealers. Knives purchased on the internet through discount websites, mail order outlets, or through any other unauthorized source, and knives which are determined to be counterfeit, are not entitled to our warranty coverage.
